Self-care should not be another thing on your list that you don’t get to and feel bad about. It is supposed to make you feel better, not worse! Self-care should be self love, and sometimes self love is giving yourself a Netflix night and not feeling bad about it.
You can benefit from working on these things if you are feeling a little stuck and down, or if you are facing bigger things like depression, anxiety or serious illness.
